At Benchmark, we successfully work with agents throughout Middle Tennessee, from Clarksville to Columbia, from Murfreesboro to Dickson... and all points in between.  After all, with modern technology and this wonderful thing called The Internet, there is no real requirement to be right next door to your broker's office anymore.

Of course we are always happy to see you, but the point is that we don't require your attendance at our office for rah, rah, sales meetings or any time-wasters like that.

Our online systems help you with the paperwork and all of it can be submitted via fax or scan-to-email.  We can mail your check or, you can pick it up...either way, there's NO WAITING for your money.  Our permanent commission policy is to pay within 24 hours of receipt of funds and completed paperwork.  We will never use your money to float our bills - we pay it to you!

And, Phillip Cantrell (our principal broker) is always available to answer your questions via phone or email.  Pull the MLS roster, pick up the phone, and call any one of our agents to ask them what they think.
