Lite Fare (Facilitator Status)
Have a buyer without an agent or attorney?  This option includes preparing contracts, arranging inspections, negotiations, handling all details from contract to closing with commission paid at closing.

 

Contract Preparation
Preparing contract with all addendums.  For buyers or sellers who are not represented and need assistance in the preparation of an offer.  Includes phone consultations.

 

Real Estate Consulting
Services based on a flat hourly rate depending on expertise required.  This is ideal for those wanting to participate in the marketing of their property at a level that is comfortable.  From staging or marketing advice, to transaction management, or simply telephone advice.  We make our expertise available at the level to meet your need.

 

Broker Price Opinions (Property Value Analysis)
Whether the need for an institutional valuation or simply if you want to know the value of your property in today's market, this service is available in two options.

Let us consult with you for free!  We will personally tailor a search to your needs in a property, and then shepherd the entire transaction through to closing, spending as much time as it takes to make sure your experience is hassle free.
