Not located near Brentwood/Cool Springs?? Its Really No Big Deal. According to NAR's latest survey, 86% of all agents work primarily out of home office. Its a fact that if your broker has a lot of bricks and mortar, somebody besides the broker is paying for it (that would be you). Besides, with today's technology, there really is no need to travel to an office every day. While we do have very nice facilities that are available to our agents any time of the day or night, you won't find any mahogany furniture or gold plating here. The point is that you are not required to attend meetings or have "required" floor duty. We EXPECT that you are a professional and will manage your business in a professional manner. Our system has great appeal to the mature agent and we now have agents from Clarksville to Columbia, and from Murfreesboro or Mt. Juliet all the way to Dickson. And for closings...WE DO DIRECT DEPOSIT. Just have the title company mail the docs and check and we'll do the rest (provided your other docs are already turned in along with a checklist).
